Today, on 18 September,  TEREM-HOLDING and the National Military University Vasil Levski signed a contract for the repair of four T-72 tanks. The contract will ensure staff employment and utilization of the capacities of the subsidiary TEREM-Khan Krum - Targovishte until the end of 2024.

TEREM - HOLDING EAD presented at this year's international exhibition for defence and security "HEMUS" 2024, which took place in the period 05-08 June in Plovdiv, new products related to unmanned aerial systems as part of the innovative and consistent policy for strategic development of the company in relation with the development and innovative technologies adoption in the field of defence and security.

Оn May 13, 2024 Kalin Dimitrov, the Executive director of TEREM-HOLDING took part in the seminar "Innovations in the Bulgarian defence industry and the modernization of the Bulgarian army" at the UNWE and announced that TEREM-HOLDING has already started a process of building capacity for the development and production of unmanned strike systems.

On April 17, 2024, the executive director of TEREM - HOLDING Kalin Dimitrov and the rector of the University of National and World Economy Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov signed a Partnership agreement.

On 26 February this year, at an official ceremony in Kyiv, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between „TEREM – HOLDING” EAD and the Ukrainian state-owned company "UkrObronProm".

On November 2, 2023 The Executive Director of TEREM - HOLDING Kalin Dimitrov and the Director of the Bulgarian Defence Institute "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov" colonel Assoc. Ph.D. Borislav Genov have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

On September 12, 2023 at a meeting of the Board of directors of TEREM-HOLDING EAD, Kalin Dimitrov was elected as new Executive director of the company.

The Minister of Defense Dimitar Stoyanov opened the new production line for 122 mm high-explosive round at an official ceremony at TEREM - Tsar Samuil.

On 30 September 2022. TEREM – SHIPYARD Flotki Arsenal - Varna celebrated 125 years since its foundation.
