Special production:

The production activity in terms of special production is mainly based on signed contracts with “TEREM – HOLDING” EAD for repair work on Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-24 helicopters and their modifications and on contracts for overhaul of aviation units for Mi series helicopters.
The following special processes are used while performing overhauls of helicopters:

• application of paint and varnish coatings

3. Vulcanization section:

• manufacture of rubber-technical products
• air-tight valves
• rubber seals working in hydraulic, oil and fuel units of aircraft, both for fixed and moving joints
• rubber spare parts for aircraft

4. Mechanical workshop:

• production of high pressure hoses
• preparation of rope joints
• metal spare parts for aircraft

5. Aggregate section:

• production of low pressure hoses

6. Aviation technical workshop:

• preparation and application of antifriction coating VAP-3
• soldering of electrical and radio elements
• argon-arc welding of aluminum and aluminum alloys
• preparation of VITEF-1 sealant and application; work with sealants
• crimping of wires during repair works

The company provides a full cycle of repair and restoration works on the fuselage and the systems of helicopters Mi-8, Mi-7 and Mi-24, except for the engines, the main reduction gear box and blades, nose and tail rotor, that it repairs /supplies/ in cooperation with licensed companies. There are developed and manufactured tools and spare parts to meet the needs of the plant itself.

The main activity of the company is to carry out overhaul and life extension of helicopters Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-14PL/BT, Mi-24D/B and their components.
