“TEREM - Khan Krum” EOOD, Targovishte has the technological resources and capacity to perform services related to the main business activity of the enterprise. The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art metal processing machinery:
FORGING PRESS SECTION:
- Pneumatic stamping hammers of 1; 2; 3,15; 5 and 10 tons;
- Horizontal Forging Machine 300 tons;
- Chequering press 2500 tons;
- Induction heating of workpieces with a diameter from Ф45 to Ф130 mm;
- Cold punching presses 20, 40, 63, 100, 160, 250 and 1600 t;
- Shredding machines.
MACHINE WORK:
- Conventional machine tools: Universal lathes, milling machines, grinding machines – for flat, center and centerless grinding;
- Turning lathes with machining capacity max Ф1000 mm, height – 500 mm;
- Lathes with CNC SYSTEM with machining capabilities up to Ф500 mm, length up to 1000 mm;
- Machining centers with CNC SYSTEM - 3 coordinate, with the ability to process prismatic body parts with dimensions of 700 x 700 x 800 mm;
- Machines for machining splines and threaded joints: spline milling and spline grinding machines, broaching machines;
- Gear processing machines: Gear-milling and gear-shaping machines.
FINISHING MACHINES:
- Flat grinding, cylindrical grinding and tool sharpening machines;
