As of January 19, 2026, Ivaylo Despodov has been officially appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of TEREM-HOLDING EAD. An official member will be appointed after concluding the official public procedure in accordance with the Legal regulation of the Public Enterprises. Mr. Despodov assigned as per protocol decision No. RD-36-2/19.01.2026 by the Minister of Defence Atanas Zapryanov as the principal of the Holding.
