On November 2, 2023 The Executive Director of TEREM - HOLDING Kalin Dimitrov and the Director of the Bulgarian Defence Institute "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov" colonel Assoc. Ph.D. Borislav Genov have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The agreement marks the beginning of fruitful partnership relations for mutual support of the activities of both parties.
The Holding and the Defence Institute will successfully collaborate in joint initiatives and discussions concerning defence matters in a scientific and practical aspect which are intersection points for both organizations.
Main topics at the meeting were potential opportunities and various perspectives for development in the field of cyber security, information and communication technologies. Some of the ideas also include organisation of seminars and trainings as well as research studies sharing in specific areas of common interest on regional and international level.
The cooperation will be focused on projects in the field of defence and security as the two sides will exchange experience and best practices in order to build stable partnership.
