TEREM-HOLDING EAD regrets to announce that on January 31, 2025, Colonel Anton Lazarov, Member of the Board of Directors of the Holding, suddenly passed away.

Colonel Anton Lazarov (retired) graduated at the Higher Military Artillery School “Panayot Volov” in Shumen, and later graduated at the “G.S. Rakovski” Military Academy. In 2002 he received a Master's degree in "Economics of Defence and Security" at the University of National and World Economy. After that he completed a Master's degree in "National Security Strategy" at the National Defence University in Washington, USA.

Colonel Lazarov (retired) dedicated his life to the Bulgarian Army. He served it faithfully and devotedly, with a sense of responsibility and military duty. In his rich professional and life path as an officer, he occupied a number of command positions in the Bulgarian Army, and subsequently management positions in the Ministry of Defence as well as Director of the Defence Investments Directorate and Deputy Minister of Defence in the government of Marin Raykov in 2013.

Colonel Anton Lazarov (retired) became part of the management of TEREM-HOLDING EAD on 22.11.2021 after a public procedure for a representative of the state by decision of the Ministry of Defence.
