On February 12, 2026, the Executive Director of TEREM – HOLDING EAD Kalin Dimitrov and the Commandant of the Rakovski National Defence College Major General Stayko Prokopiev signed an agreement for cooperation and joint activities in the field of military training and innovation.

The two parties will collaborate in the exchange of best practices in applied scientific research, development of new research initiatives, organising training activities and participation in conferences and other events of mutual interest.

TEREM - HOLDING EAD will support training programs aimed at students and military personnel related to Unmanned Aerial System, Counter-UAS (C-UAS) and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems.

The Holding and the National Defence College will also cooperate in the field of research and development through the transfer of know-how and professional expertise related to innovative scientific developments in order to support joint participation in various national and international programs.

The memorandum with the Rakovski National Defence College marks another important step within the framework of the proactive and sustainable policy for strategic development of the Holding and its companies in the field of defence and security innovation.
