These Terms of Use and all related matters will be governed in accordance with Bulgarian law, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use that gives rise to a claim for damages by a third party will be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of relevant Bulgarian court, and you agree without possibility of modification to the jurisdiction of that court.
