• validate the position of “TEREM – Ivaylo” EOOD as a leading company in the field of provided services;
• meet the requirements of the contracts concluded with customers while ensuring high quality and control in accordance with the standards in force;
• establish and maintain partnership relationships with suppliers and engage them to collaborate in the execution of main manufacturing processes;
• inform all workers and employees in the organization how important is to meet the client's requirements, provide them with the necessary training and establish the necessary relationships between all of them to work as a team;
• provide the necessary means, creating conditions for the production of products meeting customer requirements, satisfying the relevant regulatory requirements and preventing environmental pollution.
