POLICY on Quality, Environment and BDL of “TEREM - Khan Krum” EOOD.

The Policy of “TEREM - Khan Krum” EOOD on quality, environment and BDL is focused on continuous improvement of the organization's management system in order to satisfy as fully as possible the requested and expected needs of customers in the field of repair of crawler and wheeled machines for military and civil intended use; production of transmissions, tooling equipment, technological equipment and spare parts; design and manufacture of vehicle superstructures; armoring of special purpose vehicles; design, manufacture and repair of ship furniture, metal truss structures and hull furniture in terms of efficient management of aspects of environment and risks for BDL.

In order to ensure this objective, the management of the organization is committed to maintain and continuously improve the efficiency of the quality, environmental and BDL management system, improve environmental performance, satisfy the requirements of applicable legal and other requirements, meet compliance obligations, prevent environmental pollution, ensure BDL, eliminate hazards and reduce risks to BDL, ensure consultation and participation of its employees, prevent and reduce harm to injuries and illnesses of its employees, and to meet the requirements of BDS EN ISO 9001:2015, BDS EN ISO 14001:2015 and BDS ISO 45001:2018.

To implement this policy, and to achieve the stated objectives and programs, the Management must:

validate the position of “TEREM - Khan Krum” EOOD as a leading company in the field of provided services;

meet the requirements of the contracts concluded with customers while ensuring high quality and control in accordance with the standards in force;

establish and maintain partnership relationships with suppliers and engage them to collaborate in the execution of main manufacturing processes;

inform all employees in the organization how important is to meet the client's requirements, provide them with the necessary training and establish the necessary relationships between all of them to work as a team;

provide the necessary means, creating conditions for the production of products meeting customer requirements, satisfying the relevant regulatory requirements and preventing environmental pollution.

The policies on quality, environment and BDL are reviewed to find out if they are up to date at each inspection carried out by the management. Quality, environmental and BDL objectives are planned and reported on a one-year basis at the inspection made by the management.
In my capacity of Manager of “TEREM - Khan Krum” EOOD, I take personal responsibility for the implementation of the commitments made and to provide all the necessary resources for the implementation of the formulated general, specific objectives and the outlined policies on quality, environment and BDL.
