Born February 17, 1966 in the village of Podvis, region of Burgas.
In 1990 he graduated from VNVAU "G. Dimitrov", Shumen, specialty "Classical Armament".
From 1990 to 2000 he was an officer of the Bulgarian Armed Forces.
From 2000 to 2015 he worked in private sector.
From 2015 to 2019 he worked in “TEREM – HOLDING” EAD.
Since 2019 until now he is the Manager of “TEREM - Tsar Samuil” EOOD
