“TEREM – HOLDING” EAD is a state-owned company of the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense. It is specialized in repairs, modernization and logistical support of aviation equipment, ships and vessels, armored vehicles, small arms, artillery and missiles weapons, ammunition, radar, and communication equipment.

“TEREM – Letets” specializes in overhaul of Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-24 helicopters, their modifications, components and aggregates.

“TEREM – Ivaylo” specializes in the design, manufacture, modernization and repair of armaments and machinery, optical instruments, optical and electrical equipment and spare parts for them in conditions of efficient management of environmental aspects and risks for BDL.

“TEREM - Khan Krum” specializes in the repair, modernization, production and utilization of armaments and military equipment in conditions of efficient management of environmental aspects and risks to the BDL.

Production of special and civil products, repair of artillery and mortar shells and utilization and destruction of ammunition and pyrotechnic articles.

Ship Repair Plant “TEREM - SHIPYARD Flotski Arsenal – VARNA” founded in 1897, is a pioneer in the shipbuilding industry of Bulgaria. The plant has the status of a special purpose port. Well-equipped workshops, docks and other facilities give the company the opportunity to carry out complex ship repairs of high quality and in short period of time at attractive prices.
