TEREM-Letets EOOD
📍 Vrazhdevna, Sofia Airport — north sector

The company is a specialist enterprise for capital restoration repair and life extension of Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-14PL/BT and Mi-24D/V helicopters, providing a full airframe and systems repair cycle for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Aviation repair workshop founded in Bozhuriste — the first aviation repair enterprise in Bulgaria. Production of DAR-series aircraft.
1949
Official establishment (31 January). Workshops from Vrazhdevna and Bozhuriste merged at Sofia Airport north sector.
1969
Renamed to MRZ "Murgash". Expanded overhaul scope across a wide range of aircraft and helicopter components.
1992
Renamed to VRZ "Letets".
2004
Established as TEREM-Letets EOOD (6 July). Over 300 aircraft and 70 helicopters successfully overhauled.
Today
Assembly of SKYLEADER 600 under licence from Czech Jihlavan Airplanes. The only enterprise in Bulgaria with a full Mi-8, Mi-17 and Mi-24 helicopter overhaul cycle.

TEREM-Ivaylo EOOD
📍 Veliko Tarnovo 5000, Dalga Laka Industrial Zone

The company specialises in the manufacture and repair of specialised weapon systems — launch systems, mounts, insert barrels and training aids. It also provides precision metalworking, forging and pressing, and galvanic coating services.

Incorporated into the newly created TEREM EAD.

TEREM-Han Krum EOOD

The company carries out major overhaul and modernisation of armoured vehicles and artillery systems. Spare parts production, forging, pressing and precision metalworking. The Ovech facility produces specialised structures, containers and armoured rooms.

TEREM-Tsar Samuil EOOD

The company specialises in the production, repair and disposal of ammunition and pyrotechnic items. TNT/RDX loading 60–155mm, rockets for BM-21, mortar rounds and a full range of UAS munitions. Maintains mobilisation capacities for special production. Licensed manufacturing facility.

TEREM-KRZ Flotski Arsenal-Varna EOOD
📍 Varna 9000, Ladzata area

The company was founded in 1897. TEREM-KRZ is among the oldest shipyards in Bulgaria. It occupies 617,000 m² with 1,300 m of shoreline on Varna Lake and direct access to the Black Sea. Infrastructure includes two floating docks (8,000 t and 2,200 t), three rail slipways and a full range of specialised workshops. Repair of naval and merchant vessels, shipbuilding, weapons, navigation and sonar equipment overhaul. Active framework agreement with the Bulgarian Navy.
